Drop Ship Customer Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return merchandise if unsatisfied. Returns will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner. Must be in original packaging. We accept no returns or claims after 10 days after invoice date, no exceptions. Returns are subject to $5.00 or 15% handling charge, which ever is greater. Shipping charges for returning items are to be prepaid, we do not pay or are responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items back to our loading docks We do not accept returns on body Jewelry. There are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns associated with returned body jewelry.  Depending on the circumstances we can usually accommodate "Rush Orders." Rush orders will not be accepted after 2 p.m.
