What is your return
policy?
Before you make the decision to return items to us, you must obtain
an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Contact us and we
will provide you with an RMA#. You can send returns from your
customers to our warehouse. Upon a confirmed arrival of your return,
(if you have followed the instructions provided by us after you
contact us for the RMA#), we will process the merchandise for a full
refund into your trust account, or re-ship a replacement order. You
are then responsible to refund the money to your customers or inform
them that a replacement order will be sent to them. We accept
returns and refunds to your account only if they occur within 30
days after invoice date, no exceptions. We will refuse returns
without RMA numbers. Retain the authorization number with your order
for returns. The Return Merchandise Authorization number must be
plainly written on the box near shipping label. Shipping charges for
returning items are to be prepaid, we do not pay nor are we
responsible for any shipping charges due to returned items back to
our loading docks We do not accept returns on body jewelry. There
are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns
associated with returns of body jewelry.
What is your refund
policy?
Refunds will be returned to your trust fund after we receive the
return in our warehouse. We can guarantee customer satisfaction up
to 15 days from invoice. To request a refund a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#) will be assigned by our company upon
your request. You will receive a full refund to your trust fund
account which you can then pass along to your customer. We will
refuse all packages returned to us without an RMA# written on
the outside of the box by the shipping label.
